All items purchased from Tydalwave Tee's are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Tydalwave Tee's or to products you purchase through Tydalwave Tee's shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Kentucky, USA, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Tydalwave Tee's intellectual property rights, Tydalwave Tee's may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Kentucky, USA, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

All in stock items purchased will ship within five(5) business days from cleared payment. All out of stock items will have an additional 3-4 day delivery estimate. 90% of all purchases will arrive to your home within 2-4 days from order. For out of stock items, an email will be sent notifying you of the details.Shipping times are as follows: First Class ~ 4-5 days* Priority Mail ~ 3-4 days* *Business days do not include holidays or weekends. Day ends @5:00pm e.s.t.
Returns will be accepted only if the return message is sent within three(3) days of the delivery confirmation date.Custom designed items are NON-REFUNDABLE. A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped. There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
