Q: Are these items authentic?

A:Many of our items are Brand Names and 100% Authentic. See Item Description for details. Also, many of our items are custom designed by Tydalwave Tee's or other New and Upcoming Designers.


Q: How are the prices so low?

A: At Tydalwave Tee's, we work hard to provide you with wholesale pricing. This is possible because we do not have the expensive bills the big retailers have.


Q: I don't see the color or type I want, is it in stock?

A: Our screen printed designs can be printed on any color or type garment. Click the 'by Color' option from the Product Type list on the left menu. We have over 150 colors and are unable to list all available options on the site. Please send us an email if you don't see the color you want and we will be sure you get the item you need.


Q: Can I make a payment with Credit Card?

A: If you do not prefer to use PayPal, you can make your payment with any major credit card. At checkout, choose Google Checkout, and you will be directed to our third party processor Google Wallet. Your credit card info will be secured through Google and not shared with anyone, not even Tydalwave Tee's.


Q: I'm in the US, when will I receive my item?

A:Items will leave our facility within 48 hours of cleared payment. Payments received after 5 pm est, will ship the following day. Shipping in the US has a 3-4 day window.


Q: Do you ship international?

A:Yes. Please check the item detail page. If you don't see the information on your location, please send us a message.


Q: How do I order special made items?

A: Three ways. 1.You can go to our custom/screenprint page and press 'request quote'. 2. Just send us an email to info@tydalwavetees.com , describe what you would like and leave your contact information. 3. Give us a ring at 1(502) 599-9822.
